What is a Fractional COO?

COO stands for Chief Operating Officer. A Chief Operating Officer is a part of the C-Suite team of a company. They are usually second in command to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They are responsible for overseeing company operations; implementing the execution of the vision of the CEO; developing operational strategies that support company growth; establishing and managing the team; and overall "keeping the engine running".
