Hello, my name is Crystal.

I'm the operations strategist behind CS Ops Advisory Co.

For over 15 years, I've been behind the scenes building and managing businesses. I find immense satisfaction in empowering other entrepreneurs to improve their efficiency. I've constructed founding teams, established operational cadence in startups , and created systems that position growing businesses to build sustainable operations.

My formal education includes a Master of Science in Business (in progress), and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with double minors in management and project management. However, my most valuable education has been from the lifelong mentorship of generations of entrepreneurs who built thriving businesses in spite of immense obstacles.

I guess you can say entrepreneurship is in my DNA.
